My appetite for researching the family history was fed by meeting in 1981 with a Rosser who lives in Kandersteg, Switzerland. being a German speaker, I learnt through an interpreter that there is a cluster of Rosser’s in Adelboden, Switzerland.
My main areas of research have been in Britain, where I have found main clusters in London, Surrey, Gloucestershire and Wales, with my own family so far being in London/Surrey, England at present, particularly the boroughs of Southwark, Peckham, Camberwell, Kennington. More recently I have found definite links with Gloucestershire, in Tetbury and Olveston, this is where I am directing my search.
