Identifying on the 1871 Census that GGG Grandmother Elizabeth Rosser - Age 97

and Chr: 09.01.1774 (IGI) was born in Tetbury, Gloucs. I found her siblings and parents, being Thomas Thomas and Ann Thomas Married 15.12.1766 (IGI)

Also found her husband GGG Grandfather John Rosser Chr. 19.05.1776 was born in Olveston, Gloucs. I found his siblings and father Samuel Rosser Born. Abt. 1752 in Tockington, Olveston, Gloucs.

 

So my endeavours are directed in the Gloucestershire area.

One conundrum is still that Elizabeth Thomas married John Rosser 31.10.1796 (IGI) at Olveston, yet in the 1871 Census she is stated as GG Grandfather Wiliam Morgan Rosser's Mother named as Elizabeth Richards. 

This is also confirmed in the 1841 Census where she is living in London as Elizabeth Richards (56 ?)with John Richards (44) and William Rosser 23 !!!

 

I have yet to find out what happened to John Rosser, and who 'John Richards' is ?
